Shipping costs depend on your region and the option you choose when placing your order.
Unless special circumstances apply, the following shipping costs apply:
- Europe: 29 DKK
- Rest of the world: 69 DKK

We offer free shipping on all orders above 50 EUR / 350 DKK / 40 £.
DHL is our primary courier, but we may use alternate ground shipping methods.
We aim for a delivery within 2 days. International orders may take longer depending on the country.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you get an email with your shipping information which includes a tracking number.

Merchandise purchased from DESEJR may be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery.
If you wish to return your order, please contact email@example.com so that we address your case.
All returns should be authorized in advance by email. Our team will issue an authorization number if your inquiry is accepted. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return, and your return authorization number. Please note that if the return parcel does not meet the conditions mentioned above, we will not accept your return. Our team will also not accept returns of items with signs of being used or opened.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Please retain the tracking information for your shipping, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
