It’s easy! Go to one of our selected products eligible for subscription and select ‘Subscribe & Save’ on the right by the product. Select delivery frequency and click ‘add to cart’. 

Finalise your order. You’re all set!

You can edit your subscription details at any time. Here’s how:

Click on "Login" at the top right of the home page at Desejr.com. Create your customer account OR log in with your username and password 

You will find all information about your subscription in your personal account. Once you are logged in, you can edit the following information: 

- Delivery schedule (dates and frequency)

- Subscription products (delete or add)

- Update shipping address

- Update billing information

- Cancel your subscription

Yes, you can! Our subscription is simple and flexible.

To cancel your subscription, click ‘Login’ at the top right of the home page at Desejr.com. Go to your profile, find your subscription and select ‘cancel my subscription’. You will get a cancellation confirmation email shortly. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, just make sure you cancel at least one day before the scheduled shipping, otherwise the products will already be shipped to you.

Yes, you can! To add a product to your subscription, go to your profile, find your subscription and select ‘add product’.

Yes, you will get an email two days before your order is shipped.

We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, Google and Apple pay.

You can subscribe to any of our products! Just select ‘Subscribe & Save’ at the checkout and you’re all set.

Absolutely not! We will not charge you any extra fees for your subscription.

The shipping costs depend on your location. If your subscription order is above 50€ / 40£ / 350 DKK, shipping is free.
