Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page when placing an order. We offer free shipping on orders from 50€.
Customs and Taxes
Orders to non-EU countries may incur customs fees, taxes or other delivery fees. Further information regarding customs can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/index_en.
If no other delivery estimate is provided at checkout, then the order will be delivered within the time of 2-3 working days.
During certain seasons and sales periods, shipping times may be longer.
Please note that deliveries are made only on working days. If you have placed orders for products with different delivery estimates, we will send all products together in 1 shipment (unless otherwise agreed), with the longest shipping estimate applied to all products in the shipment.
Merchandise purchased from DESEJR may be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery.
If you wish to return your order, please contact email@example.com so that we address your case.
All returns should be authorized in advance by email. Our team will issue an authorization number if your inquiry is accepted. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice, the reason for the return, and your return authorization number. Please note that if the return parcel does not meet the conditions mentioned above, we will not accept your return. Our team will also not accept returns of items with signs of being used or opened.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Please retain the tracking information for your shipping, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
